For: Denmark, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,
the shipments costs will be a fixed amount: €20 and for orders over €300 shipments costs will be free.
For Belgium the shipments costs will be a fixed amount: 5.60€ and for orders over €50 shipments costs will be free.
For France the shipments costs will be a fixed amount: €15 and for orders over €200 shipments costs will be free.
For Germany the shipments costs will be a fixed amount: €10 and for orders over €150 shipments costs will be free.
For Luxembourg the shipments costs will be a fixed amount: €13 and for orders over €150 shipments costs will be free.
For Netherlands the shipments costs will be a fixed amount: €9.60 and for orders over €120 shipments costs will be free.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. The estimated delivery time within Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Germany is 1-2 working days and for the rest of countries from the list, the estimated delivery time is 2-6 working days.
We use PostNL for shipments within Belgium and we offer tracking options for all shipments.

An email will be sent to the customer when the order is shipped. We will provide a tracking number for shipments that allow it.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left for them to collect their order from the relevant collection point.
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt of order. A full refund will be offered if the product is in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Oriental Perfumes is responsible for the products until they are delivered to the shipping company. After that, the responsibility lies with the shipping company.
