We want to have 100% satisfied customers and if you want to return the ordered products and get your money back, you must send an email to contact@orientalperfumes.be specifying the order number and the fact that you want to return the products.
Returning the product in the original packaging, with all accessories and labels/seals intact. The product must not show signs of wear or consumption to be able to be sold again.

You can return the products physically to the address, or through courier companies, and the transport costs will be paid by the customer.
The refund of the value of the products will be made in no more than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel by courier services, or directly if you come to the address.
The money will be returned in the same way you made the payment.
